Refund and Returns Policy

. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before requesting a refund. Definitions For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions: Overview Our refund and returns policy commences within the first 30 minutes after you have made the payment and is applicable if you change your mind and have not communicated with the consultant. If 30 minutes have passed since your payment, we cannot offer you a full refund. However, we offer the possibility to reschedule your appointment for a later date. To be eligible for a refund, You must change your mind about purchasing our service within the first 30 minutes, During this 30-minute period, you must not have communicated with our Consultant or asked your first question. To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase. The faster you complete this process, the quicker your transaction will be concluded. “After receiving and reviewing your refund request, we will send you an email to notify you of the status. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Late or Missing Refunds, There is a possibility that commissions taken by the bank or card centre from the refund to be returned will be deducted. If the bank or card centre does not refund their commissions or charges, these will be deducted from the amount you paid and refunded accordingly. Unfortunately, this is decided by the bank or card centre, not us. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted, typically no more than two days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again if the payment was made via transfer/EFT. While interbank transfers are usually swift, sometimes there can be delays. Then contact your bank. For payments made by credit card; check your credit card account as this is generally a process that takes between two and seven days in many card centres. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your credit card account.
